Mr. Kuliopulos’ captivating entrepreneurial spirit and more than 25 years of real estate advisory and investment experience provides him with a unique perspective of both local and global marketplaces, which he brings to every business endeavor. Mr. Kuliopulos thrives on discovering off-market opportunities and pulling from his vast network of resources and partners to execute and implement investments; and has been involved in over $5 Billion of transactions throughout North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.
Prior to founding BOREA, Mr. Kuliopulos was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Practice, and was an integral part of the largest global real estate practice in the world. He was also Partner and Founding Member of PrimeTime Communities, a full-service consulting, sales and marketing company; and has worked as a consultant for Valuation Counselors, performing valuations on a national basis. He holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree, and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Greg has over 18 years of real estate development experience in a variety of roles including acquisitions, due diligence, permits and approvals, financial underwriting, and development management. His experience includes for-sale residential, multi-family, affordable housing, and mixed-use development. He has an in-depth understanding of the Greater Boston real estate market, demographics, and development trends and regulations. Previously, Greg worked in acquisitions and development for a well-known development company in the Boston area. Greg holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree.
