Mr. Kuliopulos' captivating entrepreneurial spirit and more than 25 years of real estate advisory and investment experience provide him with a unique perspective of both local and global marketplaces, which he brings to every business endeavor. Mr. Kuliopulos thrives on discovering off-market opportunities and pulling from his vast network of resources and partners to execute and implement investments. He has been involved in over $5 billion of transactions throughout North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to founding BOREA, Mr. Kuliopulos was a senior manager at Ernst & Young's Real Estate Advisory Practice, and was an integral part of the largest global real estate practice in the world. He was also a partner and founding member of PrimeTime Communities, a full-service consulting, sales, and marketing company, and he has worked as a consultant for valuation counselors, performing valuations on a national basis. He holds both a master's degree and a bachelor's degree, and is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.
